I am Research Associate working at the University of Birmingham, looking for accommodation for the period of October 2019 onwards. I live in Birmingham only 3 nights a week (Mon evening to Thursday morning), and am quiet and clean to live with. I tend to work late in the evenings (in the office or at home) and mostly keep to myself.
I am happy to live with students or with professionals (although not Physics students, due to conflict of interest!).
In is important to me to be within walking distance of the University of Birmingham main campus, and my budget is ?420pcm incl. bills.
