Looking for Double- 30Min Cycle to Bethnall Green

I'm an architect/climber who reluctantly moved down from sheffield to start a (real career) job in Hackney / bethnall green in August, the place I'm living in temporarily runs out at the end of December so I will be looking for a double room.

I live a really active life so am often out of the house on evenings and weekends, but when I am in I love to cook, do a bit of yoga/streching, do a bit of sewing, and respect the place I live by keeping it clean!

Looking for nice, active people who also like to keep the place clean and don't mind me not being present 100% of the time who are also happy for me to have friends for dinner /friends come and visit occasionally :)

Other bits

- I optionally WFH Mondays and Fridays and am in the office Tuesday -thursday. I have every other Friday off so am often kicking around in that day

- I need to be ideally within a 30 min cycle to Bethnall green

- I cycle most days so need to be able to keep my bike somewhere convenient i. e not in my room

- I have a sewing machine and occasionally do a few hours of sewing on an evening but am respectful of noise

- I'm gluten avoidant so quite happy to cook for myself, although I do love a communal meal once or twice a week

- I'm a big fan of cleaning rotas


- I generally leave for work between 7.30-8 fyi
