I am a 24 year old male professional looking for a room to rent in a house from mid-December/start of January. My budget is ?750 pm (including bills).
As a housemate, I'm a reasonably tidy and easy-going. I'm fairly low key during the week but like to keep busy at the weekend. I'm keen to live with people who I could socialise with while having my own space. Interests include all the usual things... sport/gym/music/food etc.
Looking to live fairly central, within zone 2 and walking distance to tube. Currently living in Finsbury Park and would ideally like to stay in North London however I am open to living elsewhere if the people/house is right.
