Nice room in houseshare or full 1-bed wanted!

Hey!

Working professional moving to Oxford area for full time job at motorsport company. I make films, content in the advertising/brand world.

Looking for a nice bedroom in a houseshare ideally with only one other, max 2 people (been many years of 4-6 bed houses). Budget of 800-1k.

Or, open to pushing budget a little if there's a realistic and decent 1-bed/2- bed situation in the areas listed, say 1.2k.

Would love to be somewhere with a bit of life close by such as a shop/cafe or two. Also being close to walks, greenery would be a huge bonus.

Open to hearing options and ready to pay and move in by mid/late March, 100% guaranteed. Proof of salary etc can be shared.
