I am looking for a room or a buddy-up to secure a two bed flat in any location in East London with convenient access to the DLR or Elizabeth Line (my office is located near Bank station, it’s also walking distance from Cannon Street station and Liverpool Street).
My requirements are:
- available from April 2026 (I need to move in by 14th April);
- laminate floors (no carpets)
- a cat 🐈⬛ considered by arrangement/landlord’s permission

I currently live in E14 (Mudchute). I have lived in London for 13 years and currently work as Policy Analyst at the Bank of England.
I speak English and Italian.
In my free time enjoy reading, running, swimming and cooking Italian food.
I have a two year old male cat named Nimbus who is very lazy and calm (doesn’t scratch furniture, he lets me bath 🛀 him etc.)
Happy to provide references upon request and can provide proof of right to work/right to rent in the UK (EU settled status).
