Looking for a calm, cosy London base (Mon–Fri)

Hi, I’m Ladan. I divide my time between Amsterdam and London — I own my home in the Netherlands and spend roughly half the month there, and the other half in London working with clients as a coach. I’ve been working between London and Amsterdam for the past seven years, so this isn’t a temporary experiment but an ongoing professional rhythm.

While I’m open to short-term rentals, ideally I’d love to find a place I can count on as a stable base for this chapter of my work in London.

I’m looking for a peaceful, welcoming home — ideally not too far from the city but with some greenery nearby (parks, canal walks, or simply a quiet street). A calm and pleasant atmosphere matters more to me than anything flashy.

I’m quiet, tidy and very respectful of shared space. During the day I’m usually out with clients, and many evenings I’m out as well (theatre, concerts, social plans), though I occasionally take work calls from home. I value a home that feels harmonious and settled rather than hectic.

The ideal arrangement would be Monday to Friday most weeks, with flexibility to include an occasional weekend. I’m open to discussing part-time or full-time options, and my budget is flexible depending on what we agree works best.
