Room/Houseshare wanted in York

I am a young professional currently working for the NHS in Newcastle upon Tyne. I have recently accepted a psychology post in York, so will be looking to relocate around the end of Feb/start of March.

My budget is around 500pcm (bills included). I would prefer properties will bills included as part of the package. A double room is necessary, and an area within easy travel distance to Rawcliffe would be ideal.

I am generally an easy going, friendly, clean and respectful person. I tend to be out and about a lot, so the room is generally just somewhere to base myself on an evening or weekend.
