Student nurse and cat

I will be on placement in central Harrogate starting the 15th April and finishing the end of July. I will be working office hours in the week, and I tend to work long days at the weekend at the hospital. It will be too far for me to commute from my own house daily, so I would like a short term house-share for myself and my cat, Vera.

Vera is three, and is very well house-trained. I would prefer a downstairs room with a window, so that she can come and go easily. I prefer her to be in the house at night or when I am not at home. I am happy to take a room where Vera is not allowed in the rest of the house. In my own home she is not allowed in the kitchen unsupervised and does not have access to my housemate's bedroom.

I am open-minded who I live with, but ideally a quieter home as I am more likely to be found studying than partying. Vera has only ever lived with humans, so I am unsure how she would be with other animals.
