Flatshare Required

Hi there! I?m a female professional looking for a large double room, or a flatmate to rent out a double bedroom property with. I am looking for a minimum of a year contract. I work full time Monday to Friday, and my preference would be to find a like minded professional to share a flat with. I am very easy going person, I have previously lived with a flatmate found through this site and it was great experience. I am available to move around April timeframe but I?d be good to find someone slightly earlier to start the search. However, I?m equally interested in finding an already existing flat share.
