Non-smoking Professional seeking large double, room on a either a short term basis to seek something more permanent or an immediate permanent basis.

My employer offers a hybrid work scheme where I work a mix from the office and home (laptop and monitor in bedroom (do not need any extra office space).). My job is quiet, people have said they haven't even noticed I am there.

Very quiet and private person but happy to socialise and mix too. Will fit in with preferred arrangements and respect boundaries. Also very clean and tidy as I go e. g. when cooking.

Flexible on locations as happy to travel up to one hour commute and finding the right place, right location is more important. Will consider remote areas if near transport links or major road networks. Work mainly in Newport off M4 or Batnwood off M5, happily drive up to 30 miles each way, and like to feel my home is not close to where I work, get some distance between the two.

If I have put remote areas it is because I can get direct train to office.
