Clean and sociable guy looking for a room

I am Ferdinando, 35 years old from Italy, been in London for 7 years.

I am sociable and considerate, I value living in a peaceful, welcoming and tidy environment based on respect. I have been sharing for the last 7-8 years, having lived in multiple countries.

I work as a mathematician/statistician in academia (Imperial/Cambridge) and government, doing research in biomedicine and public health. I am very passionate about my job! I am looking for a room where I can put a desk to work from home 2-3 days a week.

In my free time I like exercising, taking walks in nature, going out with friend and practising foreign languages. I also volunteer as a mentor and maths tutor with charities. I don't smoke and don't have pets.

It would be good to make friends with my future flatmates, but no pressure! I have a great network of friends in London -- which is what makes me love this city. Therefore I am happy to hang out together, or just leave people to their own schedules and circles.

I want to live in an LGBT+ friendly household, discrimination-free.

My budget is £1200 bills included, I could push it a bit for the right place/people.
