Couple looking for a room in Canterbury

We are male and female couple, both aged 20, looking for a double room., preferably en-suite, but not essential. We are available to move in from 01/07/2020and have a budget of approximately ?750 including bills. We would like to share with males or females of any age. We would also like the possibility of having a dog live with us so pets being allowed would be desirable. Guarantor available if required.
