After a room in Heavitree area

I'm after a double room in a modern clean house. On site, or on road parking would be needed and a garden area would be preferable. I'd like to live in a mixed gender house with sociable professionals preferably aged between 22 and 32. I'm new to the area so would be good to make some new friends and find common hobbies. House mates should expect me to be clean, happy, friendly and active.
Bio: I'm a keen surfer, who often will travel to the north or south coast for a surf, would happily teach or take friends with me if they fancy it. I play football (5 aside mainly) so would be looking to join a local team. Sociable character and would enjoy going out for some food and drinks on weekends.
