I am a soon-to-be post-doc, aged 27, looking for a double room near the University of Birmingham for up to 12 months as I am starting a post-doc position on 1st July 2024 (Start date is flexible depending on when I can sort out accommodation). Ideally I'd like to be based within walking distance of the university and I am available to move in from the last week of June. I have a budget of up to £800pcm. I would prefer to share with other young professionals, ideally between 25 and 30 years old.
