I am a professional female aged 40 looking for a large double room in Chester. I've lived in Chester for 16 years since doing my Fine Art degree and masters here. I'm an artist and work part time at the University. I'm also a carer for a family member who lives in Chester.

I am available to move in June 2026 and have a budget of 700pcm for rent. I would consider buddying up to share with one other person.

I would prefer a place with a garden/patio space and somewhere where I can keep my bicycle.

I have a lot of furniture already, including a double bed and many other bits and pieces - an electric piano, but flexible in what happens with them. My biggest priority is my bike as I don't have a car and I use it to get around.

It would be great to share with someone fairly introverted with calm energy. I don't drink, smoke or do drugs. I'm really into healthy eating and wellness practices.

Other hobbies include cycling, swimming, singing, crafts and picking wildflowers.

I currently live alone but my landlord is selling, so looking into my options on here. I've lived in houseshares before but not for a few years now.
