Looking for a double room from june

I'm a 35 yo Italian chemist. I am looking for a double room, ideally located no more than 10 min away from a station of the south western line. I'm available to move in from June or July .
Ideally looking for a room inside a 2 or 3 bedrooms flat with common areas. Sadly allergic to cats, I can't live with those furry friends, although I'd love to. I would also prefer a non smoking house. Other than that, I am a quiet yet sociable flatmate. I am a tidy and very respectful. I like gardening, reading, watching movies and tv shows, going out and occasionally playing guitar.
