Wanting Double En-suite with Parking

I?m looking to rent a Double room with an En-suite with parking, needs to be within commuting distance of Torquay. Garage and live out landliard is desirable, my budget is ?550 including bills. Looking at moving in March. I?m a 25 year old Professional male people my age would be desirable but not bothered on gender but wouldn?t like Students unless they are mature.
