3 friends looking for a 3/4 bed flat or house!

Hi everyone😊 we're a group of friends and current flatmates aged 24, 26 and 33 respectively; since our current tenancy is coming to an end, we're looking for a new place to move in all together by the end of May (the earlier the better)! Our preference is for areas such as Elephant and Castle, Borough, Waterloo, Southwark and adjacent, but we're fairly flexible and willing to consider anywhere close to the Northern line between Balham and Bank, somewhere well connected in terms of buses (155 etc) as well. A 3-bedroom would be ideal, but we're open to considering 4-bedrooms as well, if it fits an approx. £800-per-person budget. We're all super considerate, quiet and financially secure, and we can't wait to hear from you!
