Professional Female seeks a room (OK for a dog)

I am a professional female looking for a single or double room. I am available to move from 29/06/2020 and have a budget of £400-450 pcm. I would like to share with males or females of any age and short term lets would be fine.

I'm a Senior Manager in the NHS and work in Leeds. I'm looking for a place to stay in the week with the option of the weekend. However, the majority of weekends I wouldn't be there as I own a property myself over in Scarborough and tend to stay there, mostly for family reasons. I'm also usually out and about on a weekend playing hockey or socialising (especially in summer!). I'm easy to get on with........so I'm told. I'm looking for somewhere I could bring my dog with me. He's a very friendly Patterdale terrier and someone with a dog themselves would be ideal. He's 6 years old and my current landlady could give you assurance of how well behaved he is.

I also have a lodger myself so appreciate what it's like letting someone else move into your home.
