The Elements is a brand new (2018) students accommodation.. I am looking for a female student to take over my tenancy I have an en-suite single flat available immediately in a cluster room of 5, currently 4 females. The room has a 3/4 size bed and shares a kitchen and dining area.
Tenancy at ?122 per week (all bills included), now I am offering you only 80 a week because I am leaving. save you more than 800 pounds!
