House/flat wanted for young couple and a ????

Me and my lovely partner are looking for a place to rent long term - can be a room in a shared house so long as everyone is happy to allow a very small, housetrained dog. We are both technically students, however we work on placement 5 days a week for a lot of the year as veterinary nurses so won't constantly be home and are responsible young people who essentially have full-time jobs. We are clean, tidy, respectful and sociable people and are happy to live with anyone who also shares these qualities. Please contact if you can offer what we need!

-Must be fully furnished
-Must be up to ?600 pcm for us both including bills and broadband
-Must be dog friendly; we are willing to pay an extra deposit for peace of mind if you are worried about property damage but he is a good little dog
-Preferably within 2 miles of Leeds area
-Preferably has parking
