Friendly Animal lover looking for flatmate

I am a female aged 22 looking for a room preferably 7 day a week but i can also do Monday-Friday (so long as i can come back Sunday night!). I am available to move from end of April/beginning of May time and have a budget of 500-600pcm. I am hoping to look at getting a dog in the future so should be happy with that idea.
I have studied animal behavior and i am a professional dog walker so can be rest assured the place will be kept clean and tidy even with the pup.
I would prefer to share with females ideally between 18 and 40 years old and people who are animal lovers.
I do not drink so would prefer someone who does not go out partying much, however every so often is fine.
I am a reliable and friendly individual who is looking for someone to share a place with who enjoys nights in and watching TV/Films and just a chill person.
