Hi
I'm in the market, possibly, for a room in Peterborough starting soon. The exact start date is unknown but will probably be sometime in February. The room would possibly be needed till Jan 2020.
I'm after as much self containment as possible ie en suite etc. To be honest size is not important so long as it isn't a converted broom cupboard! I'm going to be working on Mallory road PE1 5AU.
Obviously i want to keep costs to an absolute minimum (as I'm paying them myself) and understand there would be a trade off between privacy and price. I think I'll need access to parking but that would depend on how far the accommodation was from PE1 5AU. The room/ property would be needed mon- thurs as an absolute minimum and preferably all week long inc weekends though I will not be there most weekends.
Could you give me some ideas on availability, prices etc and the necessary formalities eg identity checks, references etc. References may be a slight problem as i am a homeowner and have not rented like this in the past
I'm not after too much interaction with possible flatmates and will tend to be quite private. I consider myself quite easy going and have no particular constraints that i would want others to apply except to respect my privacy (and allow me to sleep at night!)
