28yo professional guy looking for end May onwards

Pretty laid back guy looking for similar (20-30s) to join my property hunt for a central Manchester flat from late May-early Jun onwards.

A bit about me... I work in PR/marketing, though I originally studied music at uni. As you might expect, I love classical music, but I promise I have a pretty broad taste generally. I like going to the theatre, cinema, and generally anywhere that?s fun/has gin or wine!

Looking for more than someone to just split the rent with, who?s up for a few drinks at the weekend (but equally comfortable in respecting each other?s space) so it?d be good to see if we get on first! I also want to get back into my fitness, so wouldn?t say no to a gym buddy too.

Probably looking more at the modern apartment style (bonus if it has a gym), so probably budgeting ?550-650 per month each for rent (plus bills etc.). Clean and tidy - but never one to say no to a cleaner.
