Room needed for 1 weekend per month

I am looking for a room to rent for one weekend per month (dates can be provided) starting from March through to January 2020. I live down in Kent but I have one weekend workshop for my studies at Regents College once a month and to save the long commute I require a room for the weekend that I am in London. I would like to find someone who has a spare room or can put me up for my required dates so I know I always have somewhere to stay on my study weekends. I am willing to negotiate a combined price for all weekends for the entirity of my course length (11 months).
