25, Male, Business Owner and Professional...

I am 25, business owner and full time professional looking for a modern double room, preferably with en-suite and off road parking. I am very clean and tidy, up early, work late and away from home traveling 2-3 nights a week. Available to move from 01/05/2019 and have a budget of ?650pcm. I would like to share with males or females ideally between 22 and 35 years old. Quite social but also enjoy my own space, regular gym goer, football player and don't mind cooking dinner every now and again!
