Double room in Guildford

I'm looking to rent a double room in Guildford, preferably with an ensuite. I'd like to live with other young professionals who are sociable and like-minded individuals. I'm looking for a house that has a living room/area to socialise or just chill out and watch TV. It would be nice to have housemates who would be up for going out for food/drinks or even a gym buddy. Also looking for clean and tidy housemates. I'm going to be working in Surrey Research Park, so a property close by would be perfect!
