Looking for a 1 bed/room in a houseshare/buddy up

Hi, I'm Holly, a freelance radio+podcast producer/sound designer. Up until recently I'd been living in south London for about 13 years. I had to give up my last place because of a change in my landlady's circumstances so I used the break in renting as an opportunity to base myself elsewhere for a few months. I'm heading to New Zealand in November after 2 months in France. However, I'll be back around Christmas and I'm looking to return to London in the new year. Either SE or east London.

I'd be happy with a one-bed, or as part of a small house share (max 2 other housemates). I am freelance and work from home fairly often, so I need somewhere I can work from during the day. I've been doing this for 3 years now and am very respectful when it comes to e. g. not using the heating much when everyone else is at the office. Some sort of outdoor space would be a bonus!

I'm very sociable and enjoy going to gigs/galleries/the cinema etc, going out to the pub or out for dinner, and equally enjoy staying in and cooking for people. Before I left London I was living in Nunhead and I used to do pottery at the Kiln Rooms, which I'd be really keen to get back into. I love reading, playing the piano, writing, and also very happy to have an evening of binge-watching TV. I come with a nice array of houseplants, and I'm also a very-part-time florist so always happy to brighten up the living room.

I am a very respectful housemate and like to keep a clean, and mostly quiet house, though it is nice to have friends over sometimes (my friends are all very nice and fun), and the very occasional party if everyone is up for it! (Though my party house days are definitely over).
