Single or Double Room required

Hi, my name is Steve I am 53 years old and presently overseas until May. I'm looking to rent a clean single or double room for a minimum of 6 months with max 2 other house occupiers I am British/English and non-smoker who prefers the outdoors to indoors, and consider myself to be a clean, tidy, respectful and easy to get on with kind of person.
I will most likely be out of the house much of the time either working, walking or cycling I like to be outdoors whenever and wherever possible, so really I just need a clean room to sleep in and clean bathroom and showering facilities.
