Double room near Uni of wanted for 21/22

26 yo queer mature Linguistics student at UoS, looking for a double room within walking distance (20-30 min tops) to uni, preferably in S6, S10, or S11, with a budget of around £400 with bills. Would prefer somewhere with outside space, and free on-street parking. I'm available to move in from late September.

I'm super chill, lovely to all, and sociable, love to hang out and be pals with my housemates as I find it makes a home tho I'm not intrusive on others' space. I'm mostly veggie (don't mind if you are but can be a dealbreaker for some), into cooking, the outdoors - climbing, swimming, cycling - nights in and out, gaming - board and console, all the usual. :)
