Currently seeking a room to rent for myself in york. I am a young but mature person with a steady permanent job paid monthly. Currently resident with my grand parents and it is time for me to move out and live independently. I am clean living i dont smoke, drink or do drugs. I have a steady girlfriend whom i visit every weekend. I am polite, courteous and easy to get along with.
