Bromley/Grove Park room wanted

Hi! I'm Chris. I'm a hard working professional male looking for a friendly house of professionals (totally unfussed whether male/female/mix) but not mad party people every night of the week.
I'm leaving my current house as my landlady has sadly put it on the market for sale!

I'm easy to live with, tidy and clean (but not OCD) and enjoy meeting new people and hanging out at home, but also appreciate some me-time to really relax. I want a house to treat as a home and enjoy living there.

Ideally I'd like to be within 15 minutes walking distance of Bromley North/Sundridge Park/Grove Park stations. I am looking for a room from the mid/end of Feb.
