Friendly, laid back housemate looking for room

Hello!

I'm a professional female, late 30's who works at the Uni and also studies. I've been described as laid back, friendly, (clean and tidy as I am used to sharing) and looking for a friendly, sociable yet chilled out houseshare to call home.

I currently work at Falmer and I'm busy with work / study / exercise of some sort in the week and when I'm home like to relax, go for runs or a fitness class. I love walks in nature and also enjoy socialising and a glass of wine and movie in the evening.

I'm looking for an ensuite ideally with parking although this isn't a have to have.
