Good clean room to rent wanted

Hi their my names Daniel, I work full time in construction I have a 3 year old son who I have every other weekend who is smart dressed clean and behaved, I've rented a couple rooms before and none have yet been to my standards its either people smoking Or they are messy and dirty.. Looking for some place chilled where I can relax after work or weekends, I am currently in middle of designing my own clothing range so a quiet house would be nice also.. I have a girlfriend who would stay over few nights a week / maybe weekend, must have a good shower and be a nice property.. I smoke occasionally but mainly outside I don't like indoor smoking (makes my clothes smell), I'm tidy and laid back
