30F looking to relocate in London

Hey!
I currently live in Finsbury Park in a two bed share for the last 4 years.
I want to try out a different area that is a little more social than where we are now and I am also looking to become a dog mum this year too (yay!) so I need a little more space and ideally a garden or larger terrace/balcony may also be fine.
Time frame is flexible as we are on a rolling contract where we are.
I’m flexible at the moment on number of people to buddy up with - my currently flatmate is undecided whether she will stay or relocate, so I’m posting this ad independently to explore some options.
Current properties of interest (with gardens) tend to be 3-4bedrooms.

Our current flat is unfurnished, so I’d like to keep the furniture I still like (and audit the old) and continue to build the space around us to feel homey. So with that in mind I’m only looking for unfurnished.
I’m currently 30 & single and love to socialise - drinks, dinner, holidays etc. vibe match is essential so would love to meet and start the search together if you’re interested!
