My name is Dan Tyler and I am interested in letting the room on a long term basis. I currently live with my parents in Germany but looking to move back to the UK. Initially I will be coming back unemployed but will be applying for jobs before hand. Fortunately I have some money saved to cover rent etc. certainly for the first few months during which time I would hopefully have got a job. Fall back to Housing Benefit is something I would have to consider if I have not found a job during this time however I would hope that this will not be the case.
I am easy going and very familiar with the Bath/Bristol area.
