Young professional after a friendly home

I?m Tom and after living with my best friend for four years in Borough, we must now leave our place and he?s moving elsewhere. sad times.

But now comes the opportunity to find a whole new place to call home. I?m looking for a friendly house anywhere between Borough/E&C and Clapham/Battersea. A living room is pretty crucial - not a fan of being sat in my room all evening being unsociable.

I?m a TV producer and Royal Navy reservist, so quite busy a lot of the time. Though I fill a lot of the remainder with days at the pub and getting out and about.

I usually eat on the way home from work, so won't be in your way in the kitchen for most of the time - though happy to muck in for the odd Sunday lunch (I make a killer Yorkshire pudding)
