Looking to buddy up or a house share

I am a 38 year old Female professional. I work in hotels and will be working a mixture of from home and out seeing clients. I am a sociable flat mate who equally enjoys a glass of wine at the pub or relaxing in front of some tv. I have an 9 year old black cat. She is very well house trained and friendly.
