Looking for a peaceful and tasteful place to live on a budget, to share with ONE roommate only. It doesn't have to be fancy, just a nice environment with a considerate roommate. Not urged to move out, willing to wait for the right place and opportunity.

I'm usually a very quiet person, clean and tidy, I enjoy having fun but I'm also considerate of other people's needs and space. If I'm at home, you won't likely hear me. I'm looking for someone who's the same.

I also enjoy some conversation and the random cooking/eating/drinks together is always pleasant.

Home for me is the place to relax and unwind, not to party, if I have people over, it won't be to invade your own privacy and I appreciate the same.
