I am looking for a property which I can feel comfortable in and can call home. Maximum amount of people i wish to share with is 3 including myself if I have to share a bathroom. If I have my own bathroom maximum amount of people to share would be 5 including myself.

Ideally would love to have access to a garden as I love the outdoors.
Would like to live with like minded people in regard to hygiene and being considerate about noise in the evenings and weekends, party people but also like to have a chilled time too, similar age to myself as I?m 26 going to be 27 in June (whoop whoop TEAM GEMINI) lol. I?m a music lover so would love for my house mate that don?t mind music playing throughout the weekend if I?m cleaning or just unwinding- obviously not at crazy hour of the night or super early in the morning.

I ideally would like to find a flat with zones 2 & 3 but will definitely consider 4. Only considering properties with an en-suite but worst case will accept without depending on the property.
