I'm Oscar, a 39 year old Mexican IT professional who has been living in Belfast for more than 5 years. I'm looking for a furnished double room or flatshare, ideally sharing with professionals, but I'm open to sharing with mature students as well. Preferably in south Belfast but not a deal breaker.
I'm pretty easy going, stay in quite a lot but go out for a good night a couple of times a month. I work 9 to 6 and I'm very quiet, so no disturbances at night. I'd definitely need a broadband wireless internet connection. Washing machine and dryer would be handy too. I don't have a car so no parking spot needed.
