Looking for an en suite single/double room

If you are an agent, please kindly do not message me. I prefer to live in a flatshare with families or with female live in landlords who do not restrict me in my daily routine and working hours.

Looking for a studio/bedsit or a double/en suite in a tidy, CLEAN and friendly flatshare with weekly or regular cleaning rota.

I am a non-smoker and I don't drink therefore I prefer a household with non-smokers.

My main occupation is private language teacher and childcare support. I never work from home.

You can also contact me if you need a pet sitter or house sitter and I occasionally offer this service for friends.
I love pets and happy to support pet owners for a reduced rent.

My interests are classical music, nature, walks and some sports. I'm not a party person and prefer a quiet home environment and I like being outdoors.

My budget applies to a double room or en suite. I'm happy to pay more for a studio, max. 850 Pounds/month including all bills.
