Looking for a friendly home

I'm looking for a room in a friendly house and my total budget including bills is £750 - ideally looking to spend less.

I'm flexible with a move date, so happy to wait until I find the right fit.

I’m fully house trained, sociable, clean and respect others space. I’m looking to join a sociable and drama free house where people make the effort to occasionally spend some time together.

I work with young people in the Arts and healthcare, and in my spare time enjoy making art, visiting galleries, very casual DIY, Pilates, watching documentaries and I also sing.

I don't smoke and would prefer a non-smoking house. A shared living space and a garden would be a huge bonus!!
