In Search of Friendly Flat

My current London household is breaking up (due to job changes and moving in with sig. others) and I'm looking for a new flat with a community feel with move in during January (flexible on exact date). I currently work for a structural engineering company in north central London and am looking forward to moving closer and exploring a new part of London.
I grew up in the US but have spent many years off and on in the UK and have lived here permanently since August 2022. I am quiet, tidy and respectful and enjoy staying in during the evening with a movie/book and a cup of tea, but equally love heading to the pub or finding a good music gig. At the weekends I love getting out into nature to do some hiking, exploring museums/historic buildings, or finding a nice coffee shop.
