Looking for a Flatmate – 2 Bed Flat Search

Hi, I'm Iyesha, 28, Muslim. I'm looking for a room in a 2-bedroom flat or for someone to buddy up with and rent a 2-bedroom flat together.

I'm focusing on areas with an easy commute to central London like Islington, Camden, Kentish Town, Finsbury Park, or East/South East London but open to suggestions. Ideally looking for a place with 2 bathrooms and parking.

Budget: £1200 pcm including bills

I'm clean, tidy, and respectful, and I’m looking for someone similar. I work full-time, sometimes including weekends and on-calls, and in my free time you’ll usually find me binge-watching TV series, crocheting, or hanging out with family and friends. I’m looking for somewhere to call a home. Prefer someone who values a peaceful, clean home and is considerate of each other’s space.

My deal breakers are party house, drugs, rude/disrespectful person and an unclean space.

Looking to move in soon, ideally on a minimum 12-months contract.
