..urgently Im looking for a furnished double room to rent . Price must include bills .. ideally I would like to stay in grangetown /bay.
The flat I’m renting is riddled with black mould , landlord isn’t fixing the problem , aswell . Landlord is also very problematic , I’ll explain further if we arrange viewing
I’m an easy going, clean &
Tidy sociable person , I do have a car , if no parking space available I can easily park elsewhere .
I work 5-6 days a week , I love music (dj as a hobby now ) , cooking (chef ) , gym (ex personal trainer) ..
