Room wanted from mid-April!

Hello, I am a recent postgraduate chap in my late 30s now a self-employed freelance Analyst, who has just completed a sale on my current property, and looking to buy a new one, with expected completion for the new property by early autumn. During this time, I am looking to rent a single room for between 3 months and 6 months.

I am happy to share with either gender, including resident landlords, but no children or animals (cats may be ok).

Property must be within 1 mile of a train station, and have unrestricted free parking. Property must be non-smoking, quiet, and tidy.
