About me....
I am a professional working mainly 9-5. References available, I have been living at my current property for about 3.5 years but it has been sold.
I am non smoking, clean, tidy, friendly and pleasant with a positive attitude. I am stable and independent but would welcome an element of a social household.
In shared spaces I enjoy a relaxed atmosphere where I feel at home, ideally a friendly vibe with my house mate(s), perhaps occasional chit chat and a giggle over an evening meal.
What I am looking for...
Ideally a bespoke home with lots of natural light. A spacious environment with a calm atmosphere. I’m not a standard lodger looking for just a room. I want to live where I can treat the house as my home and likewise look after it with the same respect.
I can accommodate both furnished and unfurnished room but if it’s provided then a large double sturdy wardrobe and clean double or king bed would be great.
If it’s possible to have access to a garage to store 2 bicycles and accompanying kit that would be convenient but not essential.
Particularly interested in permanent allocated parking or driveway space for my car.
Essentials.....
- I work hybrid and require some space for a normal size desk. In the coming months travel requirements will increase and I will be in the office more so. Happy to discuss in more details.
- Permanent off street or allocated parking
- Close M1, A421 or A422 access for work
- Good sized Kitchen so I may cook fresh meals with some cupboard and freezer space for ingredients
- Either a cleaner for communal areas or everyone pitching in regularly, and when necessary deeper cleaning i. e. not just the kitchen surfaces.
Desirables...
- Garage / clean, dry storage area would be ideal
- Dry space for a MTB (bonus if there is access to an outside tap to wash it), again not essential.
Moving date is before the end of September, I am flexible to move prior.
