Hello,
I am a professional working full-time in a corporate environment and I am currently looking for a double room, ideally in a calm and well-maintained flat.

A little about me: I am a friendly, respectful, tidy, and reliable person. I value a peaceful home environment, keep shared spaces clean, and I am easy to live with. I do not smoke, I am not loud, and I treat the property with care and respect.

I do have a cat, who is exceptionally calm, friendly, and well-behaved. He is fully house-trained, does not scratch furniture, does not damage property, and is used to living in rented accommodation. He is a big part of my life, but very low-impact for a home.

What I’m ideally looking for:
• A double room (en-suite if possible)
• A clean, calm household
• Pet-friendly landlord or flatmate
• Long-term arrangement preferred

I am happy to provide references, proof of employment, and discuss any reasonable conditions. I’m confident I would be a responsible and considerate tenant.
