Looking for a double room with nice people

READ THIS FIRST: any responses to this ad that do not match my budget will not get a response. The budget is 500£ (including bills) and needs to be in the city centre or a walking distance (max 25/30min).

I'm a young professional looking for a room. I normally work from home but go to client site or back to my country quiet often.

I need a nice house with nice people without unnecessary dramas! I'm addicted to gym so if you have that interest we will be buddy's! Although I have an active lifestyle I do like a good party and socialising! I also enjoy to cook & bake. I'm in the mood to try new things!

I'm a clean person but not OCD.. so if you are the type that can't see a breadcrumb on the floor then we won't be a good fit. I kinda want someone that I can be friends with but still respect each other spaces.

Ideally would like a room/house in the city centre ( maybe an apartment) and would be nice with bills included so I don't have to worry about it but if not that's also fine.
